Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cucumber, seeded and diced small
  • 4 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons dill, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Combine ingredients thoroughly in a medium bowl.

2. Chill at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3. Serve chilled with grilled chicken and pita chips.
