Ingredients
- ½ Cup soy milk
- ½ Cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 TSP onion powder
- 1 TSP garlic powder
- 2-3 TBS red wine vinegar
- 1 TBS fresh parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor.
If using as a veggie dip, omit the red wine vinegar.
