Ingredients
- 1 head Napa Cabbage, washed and cut into small pieces
- 2 bunches green onion, cleaned and sliced
- 2 packages ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
- ½ Cup sunflower seeds
- ½ Cup slivered almonds, toasted
- Dressing
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup oil
- ½ Cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Dressing - Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk till well blended.
Brown noodles in 2 tablespoons of oil - stirring continuously (don't burn).
Mix all salad ingredients together in big bowl, add dressing and mix till salad coated.
