Ingredients
- 1 package extra firm tofu, cut into triangle
- oil
- ½ cup chili sauce
- ¼ cup maple syrup, or packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
Directions
Heat thin layer of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pan fry tofu about 5 minutes per side, until golden.
While tofu is cooking, whisk togethere remaining ingredients. When tofu is done, add sauce to the pan and bring to bubbling. Cook for another 5 minutes, until sauce has thickened and coats the tofu.
