Ingredients
- 7 garlic scapes, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ Cup walnuts, pine nuts, or sunflower seeds
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- water, as needed
- ½ Cup olive oil
Directions
Place all ingredients into food processor and puree. Add water, if needed, 1 tablespoon at a time, to desired consistency. Taste for seasoning, add more salt or lemon juice if needed. This will keep, covered and refrigerated, for approximately one week.
