Ingredients
- ½ lb. tofu, firm - cubed or crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tablespoon dried basil
- ¼ tsp. dried oregano
- ¼ tsp. dried dill
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Marinade tofu for at least an hour before using.
